Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Order Processing Time : All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  2.  Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times : We proudly offer international shipping to Germany, Europe, and select global destinations. Because our main operations are based internationally, your items are securely packaged and dispatched via trusted global courier networks to bring you the best value. Delivery to Germany / European Union: 7 to 16 business days. Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days. Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual transit times may vary slightly due to local postal delays, seasonal peak volumes, or customs processing.

  4.  Shipment Tracking : Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package directly on our website or via the carrier's local portal (such as Deutsche Post/DHL once the parcel arrives in Germany).
  5.  Customs, Duties, and Taxes : DOGESH handles standard export clearances. For our European Union and German customers, applicable VAT is integrated at checkout where required. However, DOGESH is not legally responsible for any additional local customs fees, import tariffs, or courier handling fees applied by your country's border authorities upon arrival. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  6.  Damages & Lost Packages : If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@dogesh.site                                                                                                                           Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your order number so we can resolve the issue swiftly with the carrier.
